As part of HCA Healthcare, we at HealthONE® serve the metro Denver area as the largest healthcare system, with more than 11,000 employees. Our hospitals – The Medical Center of Aurora, Centennial Hospital, North Suburban Medical Center, Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center, Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children, Rose Medical Center, Sky Ridge Medical Center, Swedish Medical Center and Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital work together to provide a higher level of care. Shortly after saying “I do," John Stathas was able to prove that he was a match in more than one way for his new wife, Megan. During Megan’s annual physical, lab work uncovered that she was living with stage 4 chronic kidney disease. John began testing, alongside the couple’s family and friends, to see if they could potentially be her donor.
