New work! ✨ STEM careers are some of the highest paid in the U.S., yet women make up only 28% of the workforce in science, technology, engineering and math industries 🤯 And women of color earn an even smaller percentage (15.1%) of bachelor's degrees across all STEM fields. Her Spark is a nonprofit determined to flip those statistics by encouraging girls to investigate their interests in STEM. They’ve partnered with some pretty incredible tech companies and knew it was time to level up their website to reflect their growth. Our team at HeartSpark was brought on to breathe new life into the Her Spark brand online. Our goal: ensure the new website felt feminine and professional for partners, yet still friendly and fun for the high school girls in their programs.
