PMCU was again a proud sponsor of the 2024 Estes Park Duck Race presented by Estes Park Rotary. We had a great time supporting the community and quacking it up with Lucky on another beautiful day.

Thank you, Nicole! A dream come true.
EPIC President & CEO | Employer Child Care Solution Expert | Public-Private Collaborator | DBJ Outstanding Woman in Business | COBiz GenXYZ Leader
“From a cocktail napkin to concrete action”… Mile High United Way Board Chairman Carlos Pacheco summarized the powerful journey of the new Tamara M. Sparks Early Learning Center in seven words. It seems appropriate to share these photos on Mother’s Day, knowing how many employees and #community parents will benefit from this incredible new program that will serve 60 children, with the majority being infants and toddlers. Several MHUW leaders attended the ColoradoEPIC Annual Business Leaders Dinner in 2022, where #employers were challenged to consider how they could leverage their resources and take #action to solve the #childcare needs of their employees and communities. An idea ended up on a napkin at that event, and the rest is now history and leaving a legacy of impact! Thank you to the MHUW Board and leadership team (Christine Benero, Chelsea Carver, Wade Treichler, Vanecia Kerr, Michael Burke, Eric D. Artis, M.Ed, SPHR) for dreaming boldly! I’m so honored our team had the opportunity to support this beautiful dream and see it come to life!

Colleen Maleski, a local public affairs consultant, recently spoke to the Premier Women's Employee Resource Group regarding career values. She mentioned that career success and satisfaction are closely linked to doing work consistent with your career values. Knowing these values also makes it easier to plan for your growth and development, identify the right job opportunities, and find direction in your career journey. Thanks again for meeting with us, Colleen!

Boulder Valley School District is one of the founding organizations of today's PMCU. And Impact on Education, the Foundation serving the school district, held their 31st annual Impact Awards last week celebrating 58 individuals within BVSD for their extraordinary contributions to student learning. PMCU returned as a top level sponsor for this event, and our CEO Carlos Pacheco who also serves on IOE's board, was there to present some of these prestigious awards. #teamPMCU had so much fun working in the garden, prepping the land, and planting at the Sister Carmen Community Garden. Several team members came together for a fun day and worked hard to support such a vital organization in our community. Our team even planted the largest tree they had there!
