The Cherry Creek School District is located in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area which has been experiencing tremendous growth. Over the past five years, enrollment growth has averaged 1,200 student per year. Building new elementary, middle and high schools, hiring additional teachers, and increasing programming to accommodate new students has become a way of life in the management of the third largest school district in Colorado. As we begin the 21st century, we educate over 46,000 children and serve over 200,000 residents in 108 square miles that spread across eight municipalities: Cherry Hills Village, Centennial, Foxfield, Glendale, Greenwood Village and portions of Aurora, Englewood and Denver.
