YellowDog Design, Print and Marketing

Our family business has used YellowDog for years and. We are always thrilled with the quality of the printing and their excellent customer service. When our father recently passed, Yellow Dog offered to print our programs for free. They were beautiful. And they delivered them to my home. YellowDog is a Denver institution. I wouldn't print anywhere else.

TERRIBLE. Worst customer service! The lady who was working with us failed MULTIPLE TIMES in printing our proof and even when we're there, 2 other ladies can't figure out what paper she printed them on. It took weeks just to go over proofs since again, they had to reprint them on the correct paper (which was still incorrect). We settled on a different colored paper basing on what the lady described it to me as we were rushing to get our invites mailed. The outcome was totally different! Called them to inquire and was given different information by different staff. When one staff tried to pass the phone, we heard her and a couple others laughing in the background.

The owner, Jenny called me the following morning, recanted the reprint due to "out of stock" paper and offered the refund. Said that everyone in the office was talking about me for 5 days "oh well since you first came here" and that her employee told her that I "stormed out" one time when that employee & I actually had a full on conversation (plus the employee clearly did not tell her the circumstances). The fact that she proudly had to tell me that (maybe thinking it would make me feel bad?) speaks so much on how she manages her company.

Bottomline, if you're a regular person looking for some printing, they don't know how to deal with you as they "only deal with big companies". The owner herself said that. They'll just assume you know everything and blame you throughout the process when you get frustrated on things that were never explained or were not even what you asked for.

Terrible given this is a commodity business. Incompetent and expensive. Should've just googled 'business card vendors'. Ended up having to do that anyway.

Very low quality, over-priced business cards. Only positives are that they are responsive, and I was given a refund because I was so upset with my order. As a graphic designer, quality is extremely important. In my 16 years as a professional in the industry, this was, by far, my worst experience with a printing company. Which is very unfortunate, considering they are only about a mile from me, and I really wanted to support local.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Everyone I've spoke to was very helpful and replied back to me on a timely manner. I decided to design my wedding invitations and found this place to print them. I couldn't be happier. They have:
- Great customer service
- Fast delivery
- High quality printing
- Affordable!! And you know weddings are expensive! They saved me a lot on invitations :)

What else would you want?

I placed an order a couple of months ago, not very big, it went great.
Called a couple of days ago to place a new order and BAM! they had all my info on file including all the details of my prior order, 30 second phone call, immediate confirmation Email following my call, and ready in a couple of days. Secret to business, treat your small customers like you could not afford to lose their business. That's how I feel when I call Yellowdog.

I'm so pleased to have Yellow Dog do my artist prints. I've been a continual customer of theirs for about a year now. People always comment on the great quality and I send them your way. You guys play an integral role in the success of my company, and I'm so grateful for your attention to detail. You all understand the quality an artist needs to thrive. I can't wait to expand my product production with you all in the future. Olivia is a kick-ass gal to work with and an excellent communicator!!

I couldn't be happier with my experiences at Yellowdog. Not only were they the cheapest quote by far for my job, but they were fast, the final product looks AMAZING, and there are three actual yellow dogs at the store, so you've got a good chance of petting at least one (if that's your thing. It is very much my thing to pet cute dogs).

We needed to have our wedding table map printed, so it was a fairly simple but SUPER important (to us) job. We shopped around and got price quotes from 2-3 places, and Yellowdog was the cheapest but also the speediest with their reply. Once we told them we wanted to proceed, they started immediately and emailed us when it was ready to pick up. The whole thing was seamless and, again, puppers in the lobby.

I wish I still lived in Denver, because I have tons of stuff printed at the big chains back in DC and it is always a pain and so expensive. Yellowdog made things easy and did a fabulous job--and didn't cost an arm and a leg.

The storefront is kind of behind the Home Depot so use your GPS as it's easy to miss.

Came to yellowdog with an idea and I had no idea if it was possible. Kristen worked with me on all the details and executed to perfection. Design delivered exceeded my expectation and customer service was top notch. I would absolutely recommend them for your design and print needs.

WOW...just wow. I would have NEVER imagined how taken care of I would be as a client. I was listened to, HEARD, personally designed for, and Morgan couldn't have been more gracious or helpful.

They worked hard to get my materials out quickly, and while any design company can put forth great work, YellowDog is unbeatable with their personal service.
